Print Your Own Design - Digital Reactive Printed Oeko-Tex

Important note on custom printing using your own exclusive designs: Our printer may print 10-20% more than the amount you ordered.  This printing overage is a normal part of the printing process and is invoiced to us.  We will give you the opportunity to purchase any printing overage of 6 inches or more.  If you choose not to purchase the printing overage, you agree that we can do with the extra fabric as we please, including offering it for sale in a surprise bundle or scrap pack.  This also includes misprints of any exclusive design caused by printing or scaling errors.  

Print your own seamless designs on premium digitally-printed using a reactive printing process on Oeko-Tex certified fabrics.  Turn around time is usually about 4-6 weeks.  Prices are per yard.

We will reach out to you to obtain the seamless files you wish to have printed.  We can help you adjust the scale of your design if needed. We can also test the design for you if you have any concerns that it may not print correctly.   

Files need to be at least 300 dpi. 

We cannot print any files that you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted designs such as those from Disney, ect.

Jersey - 240 gsm - 95% Cotton 5% Lycra - 58 inches wide 

French Terry - 300 gsm -  95% Cotton 5% Lycra - 58 inches wide

Sweatshirt Fleece - 300 gsm - 95% Cotton 5% Lycra - 58 inches wide

Swim Fabric: 230gsm -  UV 50 -  94% Polyester 6% Spandex - 4-way stretch 

Boardshort Fabric: 100% polyester 6 oz per yard
