Panel (Fabric Rapport) Design and Printing - Digital Reactive Printed Oeko-Tex

Print your own panel set using your own design on premium digitally-printed Oeko-Tex certified fabrics using a reactive printing process.  Turn around time is usually about 4-6 weeks. 

Prices are per panel set.  Panel sets can be ordered in 58x27 inch and 58x30 inch lengths.  58x30 inch panel sets are great for making larger size tops for older children or adults.  

How it works:  You provide the artwork for the panels.  We will design the panels and send you a mockup for approval.  We will email you after you place your order to let you know how to get the artwork files to us.  We will not share your artwork files with anyone but our printer.  Both our European and reactive fabric printers will keep your artwork confidential, and will not keep it for their own use or share it with anyone else.  

We cannot print copyrighted designs, such as artwork featuring Disney characters for example, unless you have a release form allowing you to use the artwork.  

We will reach out to you to obtain the seamless files you wish to have printed.  We can help you adjust the scale of your design if needed. We can also test the design for you if you have any concerns that it may not print correctly.   

Files need to be at least 300 dpi.

Jersey - 240 gsm - 95% Cotton 5% Lycra - 58 inches wide 

French Terry - 300 gsm -  95% Cotton 5% Lycra - 58 inches wide
